italian grilled cheese

all righty!!

i'm feeling a little better.

maybe it's because i just had the best sandwich ever!!

posted this recipe yesterday

and i must admit, i've had it not once but twice!!

i've changed it just a bit

only due to product i had on hand.

i used whole wheat bread

but yummy crunchy crusted bread would be better!

pesto,

provolone cheese, mozzarella would be great too!

and tomatoes.

assemble: butter, bread,

pesto, cheese, tomato, cheese, pesto

bread and butter.

grill and enjoy!!

so... her picture looks much better than mine

but believe me,

it tastes GREAT!!!
